By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
The site presents poetry, translations and readings for cultural interest and reflection. A fal or an Estekhareh is not professional, religious, medical, legal or financial advice, and decisions you make are your own.
An account is optional. Use an email address that is yours; you confirm it before the account is created. Keep your password private: you are responsible for activity in your account. If you forget it, use “Forgot your password?” on the sign-in page. You may delete your account at any time.
When you send a fal to a friend, you choose the names and the message. Do not use this to harass, deceive or insult anyone.
Do not misuse the site: no attempts to break or overload it, to get around its protections, to reach other people’s data, to create accounts in bulk, or to copy its content in bulk by automated means.
The Persian text of Hafez is in the public domain and comes from Ganjoor. The translations, interpretations, glossary and design were made for this site and may be used for personal, non-commercial purposes with credit. The Arabic text of the Quran is the Tanzil text; its translations belong to their translators. Your notes remain yours.
The site is provided as it is. We try to keep it accurate and available but cannot promise that it will be free of errors or interruptions, and to the extent the law allows we are not liable for loss arising from its use.
We may update the site and these terms. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
