One ghazal each calendar day, the same for every reader.
خوشتر ز عیش و صحبت و باغ و بهار چیست؟
ساقی کجاست؟ گو سبب انتظار چیست؟
What is sweeter than pleasure, company, garden and spring?
Where is the cupbearer? Say, what is the cause of the delay?
Do not keep waiting; use the opportunity you have, because no one knows what tomorrow holds. Life hangs by a hair, so look after yourself and do not grieve over worldly matters. Happiness lies in the simple things within reach. Do not judge others, and trust in God's mercy: the outcome rests with him.
